If you’d like to redirect your email to another address, instead of your account on an Exchange 2010 server, follow these instructions. This allows you to receive your email to a gmail, hotmail, or any other address.
First, you need to logon to your webmail and click the “Options” button in the top right.
Then, click the “Forward you mail using Inbox rules” button.
Then, create a new rule that looks like the above. When you choose the “Redirect the message to…” option a box will appear, and you need to enter your address at the bottom like the following:
